Human Resource Information Systems Analyst Job at Citizens First Bank
We are looking for a Human Resource Information Systems Analyst (HRIS) to join our team! The Human Resources Information Systems Analyst reports directly to the Technology Applications Officer. The HRIS Analyst will play an integral role in supporting configuration of the various ADP modules, including Payroll & Tax, HR Management, Time & Attendance, Scheduling, Talent, Absence, Compensation, Benefits and related compliance activities, and SmartCompliance. This role is the primary liaison with the vendor as it relates to managing issues, transmitting and receiving data files, suggesting improvements and monitoring overall performance of the vendor. This role will also be a strategic partner with the HR functional areas to help meet annual goals, prioritize upcoming projects, and with long term planning. While this is primarily a technology position, the analyst will be physically located in the HR department at our corporate location.

Minimum:
- 1 year of experience managing or configuring HR and Payroll systems such as ADP, Workday, or Dayforce, etc.
- Intermediate/advanced knowledge of MS Excel.
- Experience with reporting tools such as Power BI, Crystal Reports, Cognos, Tableau, etc.
- Highly collaborative; ability to work effectively in cross-functional team initiatives.
- Analytical mindset with strong ability to identify, troubleshoot and resolve system issues.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively coordinate multiple tasks and react to spontaneous changes in priorities.
- Experience working with highly confidential and sensitive information.
Preferred:
- 3 to 5 years’ experience managing or supporting the ADP system
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Information Systems or related field of study and typically 3 or more years of related work experience.
- Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of required education.
