Opportunity and Essential Duties:

The Human Resource Assistant is responsible for the administrative support of day to day human resource operations in various areas including employee relations, benefit administration, and organizational development.

1. Ensures employee benefit time records are appropriately tracked.

2. Performs a wide range of duties relative to the maintenance and processing of personnel records and reports.

3. Maintains all compliance reports, and FMLA requests.

4. Supports HR Manager with communicating company policies and procedures

5. Assists with completing employment verification requests

6. Distributes all office supplies to every store.

• Proficient with Word and basic knowledge of Excel.
• 1 year of experience in benefits administration, compliance and HR preferred.

Additional Qualifications:

Clear understanding of confidentiality and ethical practices. Must be able to communicate clearly, both written and orally, as to communicate with employees, the HR Manager, and occasionally in group presentations and meetings. Ability to work in a team environment and have demonstrated strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
