Work as part of the Human Resources Team to provide administrative, benefits and recruitment support, deliver exceptional customer service to employees, hiring managers, candidates, guests, volunteers, vendors, and callers.
In this role, you will make a difference while:
- Recruitment Support:
- Resume screening
- Serve as first point of contact for applicants
- Pre-screen applicants
- Transcribe and share pre-screen notes with hiring manager(s)
- Serve as Planned Parenthood brand ambassador for applicants
- Follow-up with applicants regarding application status
- Schedule candidate interviews
- Manage ATS/Lever Tracking for qualified applicants
- Create and manage job postings in ATS
- Additional administrative support with recruitment processes as needed
HR Generalist Support:- Submit and enter 401k enrollment forms
- Assist with New Hire Orientation logistics and agenda management
- Assist with open enrollment logistics
- Process benefit enrollment in various vendor portals
- Assist in workers’ compensation data auditing
- Assist in 401k Audit
- Generate HRIS employee reports
- Create HR related flyers & communications with Canva and/or other design tools
Other:- Assist with general administrative duties including answering phones and managing correspondence
- Front office desk coverage as needed
- HR Filing
- Expense reporting
- Maintaining HR Training Tracker
- Maintain health center celebrations
- Assist with affiliate-wide events
- Other related duties as assigned or requested
We are looking for someone with the following qualifications:
- Education:
- Associate’s degree in Human Resources Administration, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
- Experience:
- 1 – 2 years Coordinator or Administrative Assistant experience
- Experience working with confidential information
- Customer service excellence
- Human Resource Assistant experience a plus
- Lever and/or experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) a plus
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- Other:
- Work independently and as part of a team with excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Collaborate with other departments as needed
- Handle sensitive materials and maintain confidentiality at all times.
- Use good judgment and practice discretion at all times.
