HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER:

HQ NORTHRIDGE Ca IN OFFICE ONLY M - F ~ 8am - 5pm (Dual Monitors)

The ideal candidate is someone with high energy, a curiosity about the industry, and tenacity for personal results. This person will bring new ideas, think outside the box, have a deep passion for the role.

We are seeking an HR Director to become a part of team! You will be responsible for managing HR activities for the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Implement company culture, values and policies
• Payroll Specialist ,Knowledge of ADP a must.
• Maintain workforce strategies, develop qualified candidates to employees
• Coordinate events focused on employee recognition and dedication
• Advocate for employee retention and development
• Oversee data entry and maintenance of employee records
• Participate in the investigation and guidance for disciplinary actions

Qualifications:

• at least 3 - 5 years experience in Human Resources or other related fields
• Experience in conflict resolution
• Fundamental knowledge of labor and employment laws
• Ability to build rapport with all employees
• Strong leadership qualities

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls)
• Experience with CRM software
• Must be computer literate
• Familiarity with MS Excel (analyzing spreadsheets and charts)
• Understanding of sales performance metrics
• Comprehension of conflict resolution

Our HQ approximately 105 person staff in the beautiful glass office building and half of those are sales development representatives. The remaining are project managers, marketing & finance department, etc.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
