HR Busines Partner

All Options is a specialized proprietary trading firm based in Amsterdam (the Netherlands) and Austin (Texas), founded in 1998. We are fully regulated and proprietary trading firm acting as a liquidity provider (market maker) on all major European equity option exchanges. We have recently opened an office in Austin to trade the major US options markets.

The role

As our part-time HR Business partner, you will be an efficient partner by dealing with day-to-day HR matters for our US office. Establish yourself as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders, demonstrating your ability to empathize and provide pragmatic advise in relation to business issues. Furthermore, you are a key partner for our HR Team in Amsterdam.

Responsibilities

• Ensure HR matters are handled fairly and consistently within scope of established legislation, guidelines and practices;

• Work with the HR Team and external search partners to implement hiring plans, acquiring the best talent in the market;
• Support the identification, development and retention of talented individuals, bringing challenge and creativity into development discussions;

• Partner with compliance and legal to ensure all regulatory matters are managed effectively;
• Coordinate the international assignment process, global mobility and support business growth and career development where appropriate;
• Drive organizational performance by understanding business objectives and providing proactive HR support.
• An advocate for diverse and inclusive practices and policies.
