The CommuniCare Family of Companies is seeking a Division HR Business Partner to be based out of our Cincinnati Home Office.

The Division Human Resource Business Partner partners with the Division Director of HR to meet HR objectives that provide a high performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity and standards, goal attainment, and the recruitment and ongoing development of a superior workforce. This position carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: retention, staffing, coaching, employee relations, training, performance management, onboarding/orientation, policy implementation, recruitment/employment, and employment law compliance.

This position offers a salary of $80k - $85k annually.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree required
• Minimum of 5 years of HR generalist experience
• Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee and union relations, diversity, performance management, and federal and state respective employment laws.
• Long-Term Care or Healthcare Experience strongly preferred
