Job Summary



This role is responsible for compile and maintain documents and records for company employees assign to Apprenticeship Program (regular and temporary). Responsible for the billing process and fulfillment of associated documentation required in the program. Interacts with employees, management, and with external program representatives as required by the program activities. Knowledge of company and Apprenticeship Program policies, office procedures and customer service oriented. Perform additional job-related responsibilities and duties throughout the facility as assigned or as necessary.



Essential Functions



  • Responsible for compile, maintain and submit all documentation required in the Apprenticeship Program.
  • Responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely handling of the documentation required and/or submitted by the external agencies that oversee the Apprenticeship Program.
  • Reconcile worked and OTJ hours of the participants to complete and seek approval for the Apprenticeship Program monthly invoices.
  • Ensures participants are register in the Apprenticeship Program on time and maintain the participant list is up to date. Communicate any changes internally and externally, as required by the Program. Use the electronic platform defined by the Apprenticeship Program to register participants.
  • Provides support to the Recruiter and other Human Resources team members, as requested.
  • Completes work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources; collaborating with managers, co-workers, customers, and other business partners; identifying priorities, deadlines, and expectations; carrying out tasks; communicating progress and information; determining and recommending ways to address improvement opportunities; and adapting to and learning from change, difficulties, and feedback.
  • Provides administrative and human resource function support by performing general clerical duties (e.g., filing, keying, faxing, answering phones); entering data in multiple systems; scheduling appointments and maintaining logs; and preparing, reviewing, and analyzing reports and other paperwork; processing human resources (HR) reports and documents; processing paperwork; and preparing and reviewing reports.
  • Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans; using the Open-Door Policy; and applying these in executing business processes and practices.
  • Other duties as assigned.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • One (1) years of experience with human resources activities (e.g. employee services, documentation, etc.).
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment preferable.
  • Knowledgeable in computer tools (Power Point, Excel, Word).
  • Good oral and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.
  • Effective interpersonal skills.
  • Highly customer service oriented.
  • Highly motivated, self-starter, and responsible person.
  • Generally, works in a closed environment, in office conditions, with moderate level of noise and controllable changes of temperature.
  • Needs to stand, walk, and may be seated for a long period of time.
  • Uses hands to feel, finger or handle and reach.
  • Applies communication skills (advanced reading, writing, and technical skills) and mathematical concepts knowledge to perform work and coordinate with others.
  • Needs to have high discretion and judgement to handle information received through documents or conversations at work.
