Position Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the end to end onboarding and pre-onboarding process including all communications both internally and externally to new hires and managers in conjunction with the HR Generalist for all staff level positions. Also assists as needed with off-boarding processes. Supports the Senior HR Manager on Leadership positions.
  • Supports the Senior HR Manager and HR Generalist on the full recruitment process including position postings both internal and to external resources for staff to Leadership.
  • Assists the Senior HR Manager with the performance management process via the HRIS Workday appraisal system.
  • Tracks 120 introductory processes with managers for completion and Workday entry.
  • Utilizes knowledge of HR programs and policies to assist employees with questions or concerns regarding our Benefits Overview.
  • Delivers policy and procedures for various SOM practices including but not limited to, licensing, certification, Inside.SOM.com, etc.
  • Performs Ad hoc requests for the HR team.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail required.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • Ability to build quick rapport with all levels of employees.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with applications such as Google Workspace, Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
  • Experience with Workday or similar HRIS software solutions preferred.

Compensation for this role is based upon experience, qualifications, location, and education and typically ranges from $60,000 - $70,000.
