The Employee Experience Coordinator plays an important role in supporting our diverse employee population by partnering with the existing Talent & Culture team to maintain a consistent onsite presence, complete various administrative tasks, and assist with employee onboarding and offboarding. Success in this role will require adept internal and external customer service, attention to detail, and prompt action in a fast-paced environment.

Basic/Schedule Requirements:

  • Must successfully-pass a background screening
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Physical Capabilities: bend, twist, push, pull, stand, lift 15 lbs.
  • Adhere to all workplace safety practices, expectations, and guidelines.
  • Ability to work weekends, holidays, evenings year-round.
  • Must be comfortable working in an outdoor all-season environment.
  • Must be within driving distance to camp and able to commute for scheduled shifts.
  • Work-related references upon request.
Requirements:

Essential functions/major responsibilities:

  • Support Employee Recognition and Engagement Events
  • Creating and maintaining all employee onboarding forms and data entry
  • Maintains historical human resource records by maintaining a filing and retrieval system, keeping past and current records.
  • Assistance in oversight of incoming staff check-in and training.
  • Attend weekly meetings and support all staff throughout the processes listed above.
  • Able to handle confidential information.
  • Ability to handle fast-paced work environment.
  • Additional tasks as assigned

Preferred Experience / Special Skills:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • In Progress Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Experience working in the Microsoft office suite, ADP, and Workbright preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
  • Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
