The most qualified candidate will be able to:
- Assist in Recruiting efforts, companywide, by creating postings, evaluating resumes and interviewing candidates.
- Partner with hiring managers to determine current and future staffing needs.
- Manage and organize new employee on-boarding, orientation, and training programs.
- Process HRIS functions to create an efficient process that ensures compliance.
- Overseeing the optimization of the HRIS as a system of record, reporting, enabling HR administration.
- Answer employee questions and address employee concerns with the company, including employee benefits, compensation, welfare, safety, health, and wellness.
- Assuring compliance with the preparation of reports and applications required by law to be filed with federal and state agencies.
Requirements:
In order for the candidate to be successful they will need
:• At least 3 years of HR experience and familiarity with employment and payroll laws
- Functional knowledge of HR principles and practices
- Customer service-oriented approach to HR with a sense of urgency in response to requests from all Team members.
- Highly credible; high degree of honesty, ethics, and integrity
- Proactive and self-motivated, results oriented with the ability to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, managing time and resources to ensure work is completed efficiently and within established time frames.
• Works well across all levels of the organization• Current experience with HRIS
