Fuss Free AC is seeking an HVAC Installer to perform installs, repairs, and maintenance to a variety of HVAC equipment for residential customers in
Tampa, FL, and surrounding areas. The ideal candidate should have
2 to 10 years of Residential HVAC experience.

We Offer:
- Great pay based on experience, our top guys earn $22 and $30+ an hour.
- Run your own truck, we provide the vehicle with expenses paid.
- $500 Sign-on bonus will be paid in two 2 Paychecks within 90 days of employment and the other half in 180 days.
Key Duties:
- Install, service, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and cooling units for residential customers
- Diagnose and repair electronic, mechanical, and electrical components of the AC systems
- Conduct all HVACR jobs in a prompt and professional manner
- Perform routine HVACR service activities without direct oversight or on-site assistance
- Travel to job sites in a service area and work with dispatch to ensure schedule is maintained and delays are properly communicated to customers.
- Be available to work nights or weekends on a rotating basis to service the emergency needs of our customers
- Maintain good working order of company vehicles including refueling as necessary, reporting any mechanical issues, and filling out and submitting monthly vehicle inspection forms
Qualifications:
- Must read, write, and speak fluent English.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Valid social security number.
- Must be able to pass a drug test(s) as required by the company
- Must pass a background check.
- EPA Certification is required
- OSHA 10 certification, is preferred but not required.
Physical/Work Environment Requirements:
- Must be able to lift heavy objects up to 50lbs.
- Be able to bend/stoop, squat/crouch, climb, kneel and twist.
- Must be able to climb ladders, work both inside and outside, and around moving equipment safely.
