That's why we have an in-house, 16-week university that turns our entry-level new hires intro sophisticated technicians. No HVAC Experience Necessary

Whether you're just getting started in HVAC or have been in the industry for several years, we have the training you need to expand your technical skillset! Our in-house trainer is one of the most experienced in the industry. As a certified trainer with experience dating back to his days as a service technician, you will receive the most detailed and hands-on training that the skilled trades have to offer!

Work Hours: M-F: 7:00 am - 5:00 pm, Some Saturdays, On-call rotation

Pay Scale: $17.00 - $23.00/hr DOE + Bonus

Job responsibilities include:

• Install heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment, as well as other products in accordance with company requirements and manufacture specifications
• Works under minimum supervision to install HVAC equipment in customer's home
• Provides guidance and knowledge to HVAC Installer Helper on proper skills and training of HVAC installation jobs (Lead Installer)
• Designs, fabricates, and installs various ducts and duct fittings a required
• Completes all paperwork in a neat, accurate thorough and timely manner
• Enrollment in Howard Air Academy and Champions University technical training and certification classes.

Required Qualifications:

• Must pass drug and background screens
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
• No experience necessary
• Completion of HVAC training preferred
