• You’ll troubleshoot and diagnose residential and light commercial HVAC systems and provide valuable solutions.
• You’ll interact with customers, our dispatch team, and the operations team to come up with solutions.
• You’ll learn new equipment (boilers, ductless, tankless), controls, and other technology.
• You’ll tackle challenges that will push you to improve your skillsets & logical reasoning.

• Training & Learning. You’ll have the opportunity to train and learn new things in our Internal Training Facility. Don’t know boilers well? You’ll get hands-on training with an experienced trainer. We invest in our employees so that they can continuously grow.

• You’ll apply and we’ll reach out to you to schedule the first interview over zoom if you’re a good cultural fit.
• If the first zoom interview goes well, we’ll invite you back for a second in-person interview. You’ll get a chance to meet your manager and share your abilities and knowledge with him.
• If the second interview goes well, we’ll extend an offer within 1-3 days. Your first few days at Elmar will comprise of training to ensure you will succeed with us.
• If we decide to move in another direction at any point, we will communicate that to you properly.

• Trade School Educational Level.
• Universal CFC Certificate.

• Journeyman license always a plus.

• $25-$32 hourly.
