Canadian Executive Search Group (USA), a division of Arrow Workforce Solutions has an immediate opening for a Talent Acquisitions Recruiter in Miami FL.
Location: Wynwood, FL
Shift: Full Time, 9 AM - 5 PM (HYBRID OR IN OFFICE(INCENTIVE WITH FULL OFFICE)
Start: ASAP
Pay Rate: $45K-$48K BASE SALARY + FULL PAID BENEFITS + COMMISSION
We offer Weekly Pay and a lucrative recruitment Commission! An employer pays full Health 100% for an individual after a 90-day probation period. Vacation and PTO and a partial hybrid work schedule
Job Summary:
Provide administrative support to designated Talent Acquisition area of assignment. This position will work in a team-oriented environment and will provide support to the department through a strong work ethic, sense of commitment, and a strong desire to succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline
- Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing phone screenings
- Take ownership of candidate experience by designing and managing job postings, job descriptions, and position requirements
- Create Job descriptions from
- Manage the overall Full cycle recruitment process of checks, interview, selection, and closing.
- Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 2 years of recruiting experience preferred
- Good organizational skills
- Proficient in with Microsoft Office
