Job Overview: We are seeking an independent cleaning contractor to provide residential cleaning services for our remote referral agency. The successful candidate will have experience in providing high-quality cleaning services, attention to detail, and exceptional customer service skills.
Responsibilities:
- Provide residential cleaning services to clients referred by the agency
- Adhere to agency guidelines for cleaning processes and procedures
- Use appropriate cleaning products and equipment to ensure the safety and quality of services provided
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their cleaning needs and preferences
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction
- Maintain a professional and organized appearance while on the job
- Follow scheduling and time management protocols to ensure timely completion of cleaning tasks
- Ensure the safety and security of the client's home and possessions during the cleaning process
- Handle special requests or specific cleaning needs from clients as required
- Follow agency policies and procedures for billing and invoicing
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in providing residential cleaning services
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow guidelines and processes
- Ability to maintain a professional and organized appearance while on the job
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Must have own cleaning supplies and equipment
