What You’ll Do:

• Support Duluth Trading Co. business initiatives, applying industrial engineering and operations knowledge
• Lead and support large scale process improvements at all sites, applying lean methodology to enhance and optimize distribution operations. Identify opportunities to improve customer experience, fill rate, safety, accuracy, efficiency, automation uptime and utilization
• Perform technology reviews for new automation for fulfilment centers, creating cost-justified business cases and driving implementations
• Perform studies of existing materials, automation, and software to improve customer experience, improve safety, reduce waste, and drive cost reduction
• Perform 5S on workstations and work areas throughout fulfilment centers
• Maintain AutoCAD facility layouts for accuracy
• Perform work measurement analysis and maintain labor management software
• Responsible for influencing and consulting with leaders network wide in supply chain and fulfillment settings

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, finance, or engineering-related field
  • Equivalent work experience will be considered.
• 5+ years of Industrial Engineering experience
• Demonstrated experience in project management roles and leading strategic, larger scales projects
• Experience with SQL or database querying preferred
• Advanced MS Excel skills preferred
• Lean continuous improvement training or experience preferred
• 5S experience preferred
• Travel as needed for new processes or distribution center implementations

Compensation: $75,000+/Year

Compensation is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc.
