Colorado

Kodak Alaris Colorado is the home of Kodak Moments Thermal Media Manufacturing and the Windsor Regional Distribution Center. The operations are responsible for the manufacturing and distribution of thermal media for photographic applications.

Job Summary

The Industrial HVAC and Facilities Mechanic applies HVAC fundamentals and general facility knowledge to support the Kodak Moments Colorado manufacturing operations. Facility management responsibility includes a chiller plant, fan rooms, steam distribution equipment, water storage tank and pumphouse, and fire water pumps for the printing and converting operations, warehousing space, and office space.

The role will partner with other mechanics, technicians, and external vendors to:

  • Maintain and repair all HVAC, steam, chiller, pumphouse, and towere equipment required to support the facilities.
  • Diagnose and repair electronic, mechanical, and electrical components of these systems.
  • Maintain stock, parts, tools, and safety equipment.
  • Diagnose diverse service issues, obtain any replacement parts, calibrate system to manufacturer's recommendations.

Educational Requirements:

  • High school graduate, or GED

Preferred:

  • AAS in relevant area of study
  • Universal Refrigerant certification

ExperienceRequired:

  • 3-5 years of relevant industrial experience.

SkillsRequired:

  • Able to work safely.
  • Knowledge of advance principles of air conditioning, refrigeration, and heating.
  • Understands utility, building, and site drawings and prints.
  • Experience with distributed control systems.
  • Good interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to work in a team environment.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work alone for extended periods of time.
  • Willing to work overtime and to adjust work schedules to meet business needs.
  • Basic Microsoft Office skills.

$26-31/hour, depending on experience.
