About the Position: We are looking for an Industral Maintenance Assistance to join our team. This individual will work in conjunction with the Maintenance Technician on preventative and corrective maintainance tasks for our fabrication facility. This position will also work on special projects, routine building maintenance, as well as cross- training in other production departments.

Experience Required:

• Preferred 1+ years of maintenance experience in a similar environment

• Must have mechanical aptitude

• Previous experience maintaining manufacturing equipment such as press brakes, welding machines, wire feeders, radial arm drills, etc.

• High school diploma or general education diploma

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the upkeep up preventative maintenance schedule for equipment & machinery

• Help in completing required maintenance documentation including daily inspections

• Troubleshoot hydraulic and electrical needs for PHIL products to interface with off-highway trucks

• Following a work order system, prioritizes and performs corrective maintenance

• Complete building & grounds maintenance on the fabrication facility, neighboring office building & campus

• Work on special maintenance projects

• Maintain and assist in cleanliness and organization of the building
