We are currently looking for Industrial Maintenance Technicians, third shift (11PM – 7:30AM), at our new state-of-the-art Healthcare Laundry facility in Miami FL. We are looking for someone who is confident in decision making, can act quickly and has good communication skills. Job Summary:

The Industrial Maintenance Technician will undertake the responsibility to preserve the good condition and functionality of the facility. The goal is to maintain the buildings and common areas in the best possible condition.

Essential Job Functions:

· Responsible for maintenance and troubleshooting of automated industrial equipment.

· Responsible for building maintenance and repair.

· Responsible for implementing a strong preventative maintenance program.

· Responsible for assisting in concerns: OSHA, reduction of utilities, garbage, etc.

· Responsible completing work order assignments

· Ability to interpret blueprints, drawings and schematics of automated industrial equipment for the purpose of carrying out duties listed.

· Install utility lines for steam, water, air, gas, vacuum, condenser, etc., including soldering, pipe threading, and electrical conduit.

· Performs preventative maintenance on all equipment.

· Complete all required safety training.

Secondary Job Functions:

· Maintains a clean and orderly work area.

· Record all required work in a timely manner: work orders, time sheets, request forms.

· Performs other various job duties as may be assigned.

Job Requirements:

· Strong background in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and troubleshooting skills.

· Working knowledge of steam, air and water systems.

· High School diploma, GED, or equivalent plus two years related experience.

· Plumbing and welding skills, familiarity with boiler operations a plus.

· Good communication skills with ability to speak and write in a clear, understandable manner.

· Must provide own tools necessary to complete essential job functions.
