Responsibilities

• Industrialization Schedule Review for Development timing
• Generate master schedule and confirm the target and goal to execute C-spl production/SOP for industrial plant
• Lead Internal/external Industrialization weekly meeting and Issue the report for escalation
• Negotiate applicable master schedule for client request and make alignment to Program SOP timing with PM Team
• Establishment and Revision
• Define detailed construction, procurement, equipment design and implementation, logistics automation and IT system integration for battery production process
• Identify schedule influence factors and mapping process sequence standards
• Standard conformance review output of functional team with considering risk, schedule, resource, quality and cost
• Monitor the progress of each functional team task continuously
• Resolve the interfaced issue on whole process with considering impact&results
• Register process standards on the PI System and set up turn over condition & method statement through out to ramp-up
• Upload newly introduced process or change of the unit process to system
• Catch-up Plant, Defect Analysis and Quality Improvement
• Examine and consult improvement solution of complicated defects
• Examine and consult process loss improvement
• Examine and consult non-conformity problem of electrode semi-product and cell reliability
• Respond to and follow up of customer audit
• Support to ISO/IATF certification and gate audits
• Make an inquiry and provide advice for the development and optimization of production-related IT systems (e.g. MES,WMS) and data verification system
• Plan and manage the investment budget for newly introduced process
• Provide process documentation and operating instructions for the newly developed processes
• Execute quality control through statistical analysis (regular review of Combined Overall Project Schedule and RCA)
• Examine and develop measures to secure schedule on time
• Review the legal accountability, schedule impact and support validity of process addition in accordance with validation teat to get client approval
• Optimize the industrialization process through simplifying or reordering of unit process
• 4M Productivity Review Support
• Support productivity of 4M product accuracy
• Support productivity of 4M material requirement

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $63,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
