The Cole-Harrington Children's Center, a non-profit, NAEYC accredited educational childcare program located in Canton, MA is looking for passionate and dedicated early childhood educators to join our team!

We are currently hiring the following full-time, Monday-Friday, 40 hour per week positions:

* Infant/Toddler Teacher (8:15am-4:15pm schedule)

* Toddler Teacher (9:00am-5:00pm schedule)

* Preschool Teacher (9:30am-5:30pm schedule)

All first-time, eligible (30 hours or more) hires will receive $2000 in recruitment and retention bonuses.

Our teachers work in a center classroom with a team of educators to provide a stimulating educational program that develops children's social emotional, physical and intellectual growth, supports their artistic talents and interests, and promotes healthy lifestyles. Our team of early childhood educators are dedicated to developing meaningful relationships with children from a variety of backgrounds, actively engaging families, and collaborating with one another to create a vibrant early childhood program.

Requirements

• Knowledge and passion for Child Development and Early Childhood Education.
• Experience working with children 0-3; 3-5.
• EEC certification required.
• CPR and First Aid Certification (will provide support to obtain).
