Beyond A Resume is seeking a Information Assurance Specialist IV for our client in Reston, VA.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Candidate must have a strong background conducting information assurance and cyber security engineering within the Department of Defense, with demonstrated proficiency in the following:

· Knowledge of and experience in applying the Risk Management Framework (RMF) to existing and new IT assets

· Knowledge of and experience conducting the ATO process for software and networks at classifications ranging from Unclassified to Top Secret/SCI

· Experience using GOTS and COTS compliance and other IA applications including eMASS and XACTA

· Experience drafting software/network IA documentation pursuant to acquiring ATO on/for government networks

· Experience ensuring systems compliance with Information Assurance standards for deployment to production, including but not limited to:

o IAVA updates and patching

o Security Technical Implementation Guides (both Windows and Linux OS)

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Ten (10) years of experience required.
• Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science required.
• Top-Secret//SCI clearance required.
• DoD 8570 IAM Level II or III compliant certification required.

HIGHLY DESIRED SKILLS

The ideal candidate will additionally have a strong technical background and demonstrated experience with the following:

• Conducting software vulnerability analyses at levels ranging from automated network penetration testing to source code review/analysis and providing findings to responsible parties for remediation
• Reviewing vulnerability reports, technical implementation plans, and software design documents for risk and providing remediations to software development teams
• Designing and implementing defense-in-depth architectures in cooperation with systems administrations and software development teams to lessen risk at minimal impact to operations
• Participating in DevSecOps teams to identify and correct vulnerabilities early in the software architecture and development processes
• Operating and reviewing output from CI/CD security applications/services including SonarQube, Fortify, Twistlock, Anchore, and SD elements
