Key Role:

Maintain responsibility for using strategic frameworks, Operational Design, and the Military Decision-Making Process to develop synchronized plans across the information environment, including cyber operations and information operations and coordinate with space and military operations to achieve military goals. Produce plans and orders that tie measurable objectives to those goals to ensure plans are feasible, acceptable, and suitable for the mission at hand. Coordinate and facilitate integration across stakeholders through consistent and regular communications, including VTCs, teleconferences, or face-to-face planning conferences to ensure efforts across the information environment are synchronized and supportive of the overall operation.

Basic Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience working in the information domain
• Experience managing diverse project teams, including direct responsibility for subcontractors, people development, and administrative staff management
• Experience with information operations, asymmetric warfare, and joint operations
• TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
• Master’s degree

Additional Qualifications:

• Experience with Military Information in Support of Operations (MISO)
• Master’s degree in Data Science, Strategic Studies, Information Science, or a related field
• Completion of the FA30 Information Operations Qualification
• Completion of the Joint IO Planners Course

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.
