Information Tech (IT) Support Job at Clayton Center- CSB
Formal training certificate or bachelor’s degree in computer or information science AND at least one (1) year of working experience with a Healthcare Agency and/or some type of Electronic Health Record, and Two (2) years hands-on experience of networking, cybersecurity, virtual networks, and system hardware. The ideal candidate would have experience performing a full range of system administration functions requiring a technical computer support background. Responsibilities include installing and configuring network devices; diagnosing and resolving communications, hardware, and operating system problems; and ensuring IT devices and infrastructure follow department security policies and best practices. Strong technical skills needed to ensure network safety and security. Supervisory experience a plus, but not a necessity. Candidate must have exceptional oral and written communication skills. Experience with a variety of domain specific languages used in programming and database management, such as SQL needed along with printer maintenance and programming/management. Working knowledge of different programs such as Abilia, Carelogic, and QuickBooks and added plus.
