Information Technology Specialist - Plant

Reports to: IT Technical Supervisor

Location: Warrensburg, MO

We have an exciting opportunity for an IT professional to expand their skill set and take it to the next level. The IT Specialist is responsible for installing and performing repairs to hardware, software, and peripheral equipment in an office and manufacturing plant environment. A successful candidate will have exceptional technical, communication and troubleshooting skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support daily IT operations involving PC’s, printers, servers, software, end-user support
• Basic network administration (User provisioning in Active Directory, OKTA, Office 365)
• Support Office Suite Applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, etc.)
• Support Mobile Devices, barcode scanners and Zebra printers, ShoreTel phones and Zoom video conferencing
• Support on-prem and remote team members using remote access software
• Log and track IT activity in FreshService ticketing system
• Document IT processes and write end-user work instructions
• Collaborate with the global Motus IT team on security-related activities

REQUIREMENTS:

• Associates or Technical Degree, Bachelors preferred
• 3+ years of help desk experience as a technician or support role
• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues
• Working knowledge of office applications, ticketing system and basic computer networking
