As an Infrastructure Engineer, you will be a part of a team supporting the infrastructure & applications that enables the day-to-day business operations to take place. We are looking for someone with a strong technical aptitude who has the desire and ability to learn new technologies.

What you will be doing:

• Build, maintain, monitor, test, document, analyze, and provide engineering support for applications and hosting infrastructure.
• Supporting solutions primarily based on Microsoft and Citrix technologies, including Windows 10/11 desktops, Windows Server, Intune, DaaS (W365, Azure Virtual Desktop, Xen Desktop), and XenApp.
• Monitoring system health, tuning for performance, designing/developing automation to solve issues and working with the team to ensure correct environment capacity to meet customer needs and SLO/SLA requirements.

We are looking for someone with:

• Associate's or bachelor’s degree with a preference in a science, technology, engineering, or math related field or 1+ years equivalent work experience
• Technical aptitude in designing, developing, testing & deploying applications
• Independent thinker and self-starter skills
• Windows PowerShell, Bash scripting and/or proficiency writing Python code
• Prior experience with Windows Server, SCCM, Citrix or VMWare technologies
• Prior experience supporting applications in a Windows 10 environment
• Prior experience with configuration management and automation scripting experience with Cloud technologies and API’s is preferred
• Must have the desire and ability to learn new technology and continuously grow
• Strong oral, written & verbal communication skills
• Ability to work well with other internal areas of the organization to achieve results
• Passion to navigate change & be unafraid to explore new concepts or technologies to help accelerate our modernization journey.
