Warehouse Associate (URGENTLY HIRING)
About The Role The warehouse associate will be responsible for the daily activities within the warehouse. Receiving inventory into the WMS, picking orders for fulfillment, and ensuring packages are being shipped in accordance to the requirements built out with W2G & the entrepreneurs.
Responsibilities
Accepting inventory from inbound deliveries
- Ensure product is in a saleable condition
- Receive inventory into the WMS for traceability
- Process outbound orders through WMS/RF technology
- Package and prepare packages for shipment with the designated carrier
- Work with external team on issue resolution and process improvements
- Ensure all orders are processed and shipped daily
- Other duties as assigned by Warehouse Manager
Job Requirements
Must be 18 years or older
- 1-2 years warehouse experience preferred
- High School diploma required
- Must be a self-starter, accountable and able to work independently
- Understanding of common warehouse and transportation concepts
- Warehouse systems knowledge highly recommended
- Must be able to lift up to 30-50 pounds at any given time
- Must be able to stand for up to 8 hours per day working on warehouse floor
