This trusted medical center in Northeast Texas is actively interviewing Hospital Respiratory Therapists (RRT or CRT) for a full-time, permanent role. The RRT or CRT Respiratory Therapist will join a hospital that offers a wide array of inpatient and outpatient services to the region. Cardiovascular Services and Neurosciences, Orthopedics and Rehabilitation, Wound Care and Oncology – all are available at this outstanding medical center in the beautiful lake and river lands of Eastern Texas.

Reporting to the Inpatient Respiratory Therapy Operations and Technical Manager, the Respiratory Therapist will perform a diverse set tasks in keeping this busy department running smoothly. Operationally, this person will work to improve service standards for both patients and departmental partners, and will play a huge role in continuous improvement and safety initiatives.

The RRT or CRT Respiratory Therapist have the opportunity to work across many departments in the Hospital, though this person’s primary department will be Rehabilitation. Skills in Critical Care (ICU) and Neonatal ICU (NICU) Respiratory Function / Therapy are highly prized here, but not necessary. One exciting aspect of this role, is that this Respiratory Therapist will have the opportunity to grow and develop new skills working alongside and amazing team.
