Inside Sales Associate
Under general supervision, you will provide insides sales support to all aspects of sales for the North American sales region. Upon successful completion of training within the role, this individual will be given a regional assignment within North America based on business unit needs. This role will require occasional on-call sales support and light travel.

Your Challenge:
- Communicate with customers within the region and support outside sales activities as required.
- Gather, maintain and update customer contact information as necessary for the ASM and marketing teams.
- Provide routinely updates and communication through regular calls/email/skype as mutually agreed to with partner ASM.
- Provide, edit, and revise quotes as required and support quote follow-up for both self and ASM quotes as appropriate.
- Assist with territory reporting activities such as preparation of Monthly territory reports.
- Reps/Distributors/Resellers.
- Become familiar and maintain appropriate contacts with key personnel with Curtiss-Wright representatives, distributors, and resellers.
- Gather and communicate appropriate changes with partners such as staff changes and contact information updates through a representative list, web site, quote system, etc. to entire business unit.
- Review PEC reports and utilize IIR and other sales data to support sales activities within target region
- Conduct proactive sales activities through appropriate communication to support sales activities within target region.
- Stay informed on the business unit's competitors and their activities within the assigned region.
Your Expertise:
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills, including ability to effectively communicate with senior leadership and customers.
- Detail oriented, using project and time management skills to meet deadlines.
- Ability to make independent decisions and recommendations to effectively resolve issues by exercising sound judgment consistent with Company standards, practices, and procedures.
- Must have excellent computer skills, including Excel, Word, Power Point, and Internet applications
preferred - Bachelor's degree preferred (equivalent directly related work experience will be considered).
- 3 - 7 years industrial sales experience.
- Inside sales experience preferred.
This position may require exposure to information that is subject to US export control regulations, i.e. the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) or the Export Administration Regulations (EAR). All applicants must be U.S. persons within the meaning of U.S. regulations.
