- Make 50+ daily outbound calls to customers to educate, promote,
solicit, and qualify - Properly maintain follow-up tasks and stay on top of all your active clients and opportunities
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
- Keen interest in learning/providing service support for your customers
- Ability to be persuasive, resilient, and tenacious, with a desire to sell
- Ability to exercise flexibility, initiative, sound judgment, and discretion
- Create sales material to present to customers
- Competent in MS Office products, and efficient in using a computer
- Document, maintain, and enter information into the database
- Able to multi-task
Qualifications:
- High school education or equivalent
- 1-2 year of sales experience
- B2B sales experience
- High accuracy in work, attention to detail
- Familiarity with CRM platforms
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong negotiation skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
Envirosafe Sales Specialist candidates will have two or more years of industrial sales and or service experience. Mechanical knowledge is more important than the type of degree. You must have demonstrated a history of exceeding customer expectations. If you already understand pumps, piping, and steel fabrication that will be a bonus. If not, we have available a training process to guide your development.
