Inside Sales Manager Job at Carolina Family Estate Planning

We are seeking an Inside Sales Manager responsible for engaging new law firm clients and initiating lifelong relationships that are a part of Estate Planning. This role is for someone who can engage clients in legal services. Our Cary-based firm provides estate planning, elder law, asset protection, and estate administration legal services. Our goal is to make our legal services a product that is an experience that makes it easy to accomplish their estate planning and estate administration goals. We are experiencing significant levels of growth prompting us to bring in additional team members to serve our clients at the highest level.
The Inside Sales Manager will conduct initial consultations with prospective new clients (PNCs). These PNCs contact our firm and are pre-screened by our intake team prior to the initial consultation. All of our prospects have "raised their hands", meaning they are ready to work with us. You will not be making cold calls. We have a marketing team that generates excellent leads.
Our consultations are about helping our prospective new clients make sense of their situation, understand where they are and what it will take to get to where they want to be. It will also get them grounded in what is important to them, why it is important, and what it will feel like to have it be done. We think of the initial consultation as the beginning of a long-term relationship with our prospective new clients.
Responsibilities
- You will collect in-depth information about the PNCs goals and values to allow us the provide them the legal services for which they are seeking the firm's help
- Get down to the core of why their goals are important to them and the impact it will have on their family for years to come
- Provide PNCs with the confidence that the firm's attorneys and staff will be able to take great care of them
- Help PNCs understand what to expect by working with our firm and the benefits that they will experience when they do
- You must be able to keep detailed records of their results and be responsible for following up with PNCs that do not hire us immediately
- Follow up with PNCs and existing clients to provide solutions to their legal needs. Discover more about what motivates such that they take action toward reaching a goal they may not have been connected to before.
- In accordance with the ethical rules governing lawyers, you shall not provide legal advice or enter into a legal services agreement with a PNC. Rather, you will prepare the PNCs for hiring the firm with all legal services agreements conditional upon acceptance and approval by a licensed North Carolina attorney

Education and Experience:
- Customer Service and B2C sales experience in a services-related industry
- The skills and experience that are required and valued are personality, character, intelligence, compassion, and integrity. These will be paramount considerations for you being a good match to work with our team and our clients
Compensation:
- Compensation is commensurate with skill and experience and will include a base salary plus results-based incentives.
- We offer full-time employees paid holidays, paid time off, 60% employer-paid health benefits, participation in the firm's Simple IRA retirement plan including up to 3% match by the employer, vision insurance, dental insurance, short and long-term disability insurance, and basic life insurance.
