Overview:
EagleView is currently recruiting for an Inside Sales Manager to join our sales team.

Reporting to the Sr. Director of Inside Sales & Enablement, the Inside Sales Manager is responsible for interviewing, training, coaching, and motivating a team of Inside Sales Representatives to attain their respective regional sales quotas. The Inside Sales Manager will work closely with Marketing, Sales Enablement, Product, and sales leadership to align on priorities and requirements to enable the ISR team to succeed.
Responsibilities:
  • Recruit and interview ISR candidates that match and can contribute to the team culture
  • Build a weekly, monthly, and quarterly operating rhythm that is conducive to overall sales goals and team morale
  • Contribute to a feedback-driven culture where positive reinforcement as well as constructive criticism is expected
  • Facilitate onboarding for new hires
  • Communicate daily and weekly activity expectations that align with monthly sales goals
  • Build reporting to visualize and manage to individual shortcomings and or successes
  • Hold workshops to discuss new markets, new products, or specific focus topics to maintain a high level of growth and development
  • Manage performance and salary reviews, and create employee development plans
  • Ensure accurate and complete information is captured in CRM system.
  • Supervise team in accordance with company policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with other departments to enhance product and marketing efforts
  • If needed, resolve interpersonal issues within department and escalate if required
  • Promote cohesiveness between ISR, RAM, RSM positions to create culture of winning for regional teams
  • Support Area Directors with constant communication around regional business plans, pipeline opportunities, and outreach campaigns
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years sales experience with consistent attainment of quota
  • Familiarity with sales process and MEDDICC methodology
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience reporting to a senior management team
  • Strong work ethic leading sales team by example
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce and sales engagement tools
  • Must love to win and motivate others to win every day
