Job Title: Inside Sales Associate
Job Summary:
The Inside Sales Associate will play a critical role in our sales team by supporting outside & inside sales efforts & assisting walk-in customer traffic. The ideal candidate will be able to effectively communicate with our customers, supporting their needs and supporting our outside team’s success. This individual will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customer base, ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist walk-in customers by providing product information, availability, and pricing, while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Support outside & inside sales representatives by providing product information, preparing quotes, and coordinating order processing.
- Collaborate with the outside sales & sales manager to implement sales strategies to achieve company sales goals and targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing after-sales support.
- Work closely with internal teams, including operations & procurement, to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and other relevant information in the company's CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the sales manager.
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in sales, preferably within the consumer electronics industry or wholesale distribution.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint & Word) and CRM systems (Hubspot a Plus!).
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree or relevant industry certifications preferred.
