The Inside Sales Specialist position develops, maintains and interacts primarily utilizing the phone and other forms of electronic communication to a broad scope of new and existing customers within the envelope markets to increase sales of products and/or services. Develops sales strategies designed to demonstrate the features and benefits of the products to achieve increased sales and profitability.
Essential Functions:
- Contact customers and prospects through, but not limited to, phone calls, email, mailings, fax and trade shows.
- Matches our manufacturing capabilities to customer requirements and closes envelope orders.
- Provides accurate quotes to existing and prospective customers.
- Responsible for processing the sold orders and seeing them through the system.
- Ensure the customer’s experience is successful and exceed customer's satisfaction.
- Ensure reporting and communications is frequent and bi-directional.

Work Environment:
- This job operates in a professional office environment.
- Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
- This is a full-time position. Hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., 40 hours per week.
- Some out-of-the-area and overnight travel may be expected.
Preferred Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years in a sales or customer service experience or Professional Sales Certificate/concentration.
