Job Summary:
Manufacturing Products that Matter!
Working as a General Inspector, you will be responsible for the surveillance of processes, product and quality through a function are that may include the shop floor, assembly area or receiving inspection.

This is a 2nd shift position that runs Monday to Thursday from 3:30pm to 2:00am (four x 10/hour shifts).
You will also earn a 15% shift differential for working the 2nd shift.

On a typical day, you will:

• Perform visual inspection of the bearing assemblies and/or bearing components by using a microscope as well as the unaided eye
• Perform dimensional inspections using mechanical and visual inspection equipment
• Read and understand drawings, specifications, procedures, instructions and standards
• Maintain all necessary paperwork
• Prepare, run and complete basic charts using software
• Ensure that all safety rules and regulations are followed

What skills we are looking for from you as a Gage Set-Up:

• Any previous experience in manufacturing work is preferred
• Good communication skills and you like to work as part of a team
• Ability to read and understand written instructions
• You can use, or can easily learn to use, a variety of specialized tools
• Basic math skills and understand the decimal system
• Able to carry out job functions that include standing, sitting, lifting, carrying, ending and stooping.
