What You'll Do:

• Provide general administrative support for the Installation Manager and Installation Coordinator.
• Respond to and escalate customer inquiries as needed.
• Track and update ongoing projects and service requests.

You'll Need:

• High school diploma/GED.
• Previous administrative assistant or document control experience.
• Knowledge of MS Office applications.
• Knowledge of the home improvement industry a plus.
