To effectively and efficiently provide the highest level of service and response to clients by executing the hardscape and/or landscape plan with great attention to detail, working closely with a team, and remaining knowledgeable in the field to provide the best level of service.

Description

Create beautiful environments by providing landscape maintenance support to a variety of residential and commercial properties. Safely operate commercial grade landscaping equipment and ensure the upkeep of plant material and other landscaping elements.

Responsibilities

• Assist in loading equipment for daily jobs.
• Utilize pruning and trimming equipment to maintain trees and shrubs on client property.
• Install mulch and sod.
• Remove grass and plants.
• Trimming/ blowing/ planting/ weeding/ and other landscape detail work as needed.
• Haul and/or spread topsoil/dirt with the proper tools.
• Plant flowers, trees, and shrubs.
• Dig trenches.
• Use hand equipment with mechanized moving blades such as gas powered shears.
• Use manual hand tools such as shovels, rakes, picks and wheelbarrows.
• Move soil, equipment, and materials.
• Operate landscaping power equipment, mowers, trimmers and blowers.

Minimum Qualifications & Educational Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2-3 years related industry experience
• Spanish language a plus
• Knowledge of computer applications. (i.e. Gsuite)
• Must be able to perform physical labor for prolonged periods of time in a wide range of climatic conditions including extremes of heat and cold.
• Must be able to lift and carry objects 50 to 90 pounds.
• Must have a current driver’s license and driving record that meets established requirements.
• Ability to drive a truck with a trailer.
• Ability to maintain and personify our core values - positive attitude, customer first, professionalism, dedicated, and have a desire to succeed.
• Must be 23 or older for insurance purposes.
• Be able to pass a drug test and background check.
