DESIRED CANDIDATE:

The ideal candidate for this position is someone who wants to represent the leading company in its industry, and can effectively and efficiently complete repair projects. The candidate knows the importance of great customer service and is willing to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. Candidate should be self motivated and have strong knowledge of roofing systems, siding types and installation procedures and gutter systems. Construction knowledge and experience significant plus. Candidate will be comfortable and confident in a commission based compensation model and motivated by the opportunity to maximize earning potential.

JOB DUTIES:

Complete company assigned Window installation and repair projects. You will be required to manage projects you are assigned and use safe methods in the field. You will be required to deliver superior customer service, including time commitments, frequent homeowner communication, and completion status. Ensure customers get the best possible solutions and results for their home improvement or repair needs and Represent Cochran Exteriors in a positive manner. You need to have positive results and experience. Construction experience and knowledge is a definite plus.
