Instructional Materials Technician Job at Elim Christian Services

As a Instructional Materials Technician at Elim, you’ll assist students with developmental disabilities achieve more, learn more, and grow. You’ll help them reach educational goals and you’ll implement individual educational plans under the guidance of the classroom teacher. You’ll work with students to create a positive, safe, and productive learning environment.
We’re looking for people who care about people. As a Instructional Materials Technician, you’ll be required to:
- Facilitate the creation of materials as requested by Asst. Principal for Curriculum and Instruction, Instructional Coaches and Educational Technology Coordinator
- Facilitates to modification of materials to meet the variety of classroom needs
- Assists teachers and therapists with locating materials aligned with curricular maps and IEP goals
- Maintains the organization of materials in the Curriculum Center

Hours:
Monday - Friday 8:00 am – 3:30 pm
Includes a 6 week extended school year
Wages & Benefits:
- Competitive starting pay of $22.93/hr for hours worked. Pay can be spread out over entire year

Education, Licenses & Certifications:
A Paraprofessional, Substitute Teacher or Professional Educator License is required.
