Opus Music Academy is a full-service music school offering expert instruction on all instruments, voice, music theory, beatboxing, and audio/music production. We are a locally owned, woman owned, small business located in Plymouth, Robbinsdale, and St Louis Park MN. We provide encouragement and guidance to help students develop discipline and confidence… while making music fun._ Our mission is to make music available and accessible to all, no matter what._

Instruction takes place at any of our studio locations, or at the convenience of students' homes. Music Lessons also take place on site through our partnerships with Community Education Programs, Park and Rec, Youth and Adult Enrichment Programs, YMCA, Charter and Private schools, and more. These partnerships are a vital part of achieving the mission of Opus Music Academy-to ensure that the learning, sharing, and making of music is accessible to everyone. Opus is a place full of positive energy and excitement to create music in new ways, and through traditional approaches. Our instructors are passionate about trying new ideas, sharing music in new ways, and adapting teaching approaches based on the goals and learning styles of each and every student. Our team fully embraces our mission and vision.

We are dedicated to providing a solid foundation of musical literacy that will enable our students to make greater strides in any musical venture, or field, as well as assist them to develop a greater sense of self-confidence, and self-reliance.

Private lessons are 30-60 minutes in length. Teaching locations are based on the availability of the instructor. We are launching group programming as well, and are always open to new ideas.

We are especially looking for instructors at our Robbinsdale and St Louis Park locations, as well as being able to provide in-home lessons in the west and southwest metro area (particularly Plymouth/Maple Grove, Wayzata/Minnetonka, Eden Prairie, Edina, and Bloomington).
