Expanding into Brevard county! Our Nationally Recognized Team is looking for a highly motivated individual who wants to be mentored in the Financial Services and Insurance World. With over 75 years of Management Experience in the Industry, we provide excellent training and a proven track record of success.

The expectation of our experienced, tenured leadership team is to mentor this individual into a leader, and play a significant Sales & Sales Management role within our company.

Requirements

Our successful associates come from various backgrounds, and have several skills in common:

• A history of commitment in Business, Service, and/or Education
• Excellent Communication Skills

Our Mentoring Program gives you the tools to be successful in the industry! Our program will teach you the following:

• Learn the Sales Process including Presentations, Products, and Regulations
• Teach you how to make appointments with prospective clients on company provided leads (No Friends & Family or Door-to-Door Sales)
• Help our clients select the best financial product for their situation
• Learn valuable leadership skills
• Learn how to develop a successful sales team

Compensation

• 1st year Average $50,000 - $60,000
• 2nd year Average $75,000 - $100,000
• We are a Partnership Office which means we work as a team, and we split commissions with our new associates. We do this in good faith if selected to join our team.
