Responsibilities:
- Make connections with prospective residents/families and provide counsel in financial situations, questions about expenses, income, and assets/debts.
- Communicate with insurance companies to complete authorizations.
- Verify insurance both both Part A and Part B Medicare as well as Medicare Advantage plans for skilled nursing and outpatient therapy treatments.
- Utilize previous experience in billing and/or insurance verification.
- Bring a team player attitude, with the willingness to do other duties as assigned.
