Integration Business Analyst
Support process improvements in all areas of Nekoosa including sales, operations, finance, planning, inventory management and logistics through data driven analysis and business intelligence as a key member of the Business Integration Team.
Outcomes
- Business Data Development – 50%
o Work with cross-functional teams and utilize SQL and other basic scripting languages to Build and Maintain existing business data models and dashboards to support companywide reporting on Link or applicable Business Intelligence system
o Aid in data conversion of go forward One-Nekoosa Platform to seamlessly synchronize the data within Link including the development of productivity, order management and financial metrics
o Support finance with the direct integration of GL transactional data into Nekoosa’s financial reporting package
o Align key applicable reports and dashboards with 4-4-5 accounting period system
o Support the Integration team with EDI and API modeling to ensure accurate ingoing and outgoing data
Key Project and Acquisition Integration Support - 40%
o Provide key project cross-functional support in the One Nekoosa systems implementation to help ensure a successful and sustainable launch
o Support future acquisitions with master and transactional data transformations to effectively and efficiently integrate companies into the One-Nekoosa Platform
o Provide data and insight to cross-functional projects teams to aid in continuous improvement efforts across Nekoosa.
Organizational Development - 10%
o Achieve ‘meets or exceeds expectations’ ratings for the annual Halogen Performance plan objectives
o Interface effectively with other departments/functions to maximize financial success and increase Corporate EBITDA across the entire organization (Technology, Marketing, Sales, Operations and Finance) as measured by annual 360-degree feedback.
