ASAP Solutions, an Innova Solutions Company is seeking an Internal Auditor for a 80% remote contract position supporting a large non-profit organization in Midtown Atlanta. Duration is a brief 6-8 week assignment to support an employee on leave. Exposure to federal grants and awards preferred. Internal Auditor
- BS or BA in Accounting, Finance, MIS or other relevant business discipline
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Internal Audit
- Exposure to Federal audits including grants and awards preferred.
- Timely completion of all internal audit projects assigned.
- Intermediate to Advanced computer skills in MS Office, NetSuite, SalesForce, and Concur
- Ability to manipulate large amounts of data and to compile detailed reports
- Proven knowledge of auditing standards and procedures, laws, rules and regulations
- High attention to detail and excellent analytical skills
- Sound independent judgement
- Obtain, analyze and evaluate documentation, previous reports, data, flowcharts, etc.
- Prepare and present reports that reflect audit’s results and document process
- Engage to continuous knowledge development regarding sector’s rules, regulations, best practices, tools, techniques and performance standards
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Agile Audit Techniques
Prior experience in a Non Profit Environment
