**Responsibilities**
- Be familiar with Cayman Island and British Virgin Island (BVI) company’s tax questions with the US
- Understand filings and be able to help to file relevant tax forms for Cayman Island and BVI companies
- Answer questions to help develop a tax optimization strategy
