Inventory Control Coordinator Job at Wisconsin Department of Corrections
Under general supervision of the Financial Program Supervisor, the incumbent is responsible for the daily maintenance and operation of the Institution Canteen and Personal Care Packages. The duties include operating the institutions inmate accounts computer programs and the contract vendor system to post canteen sales, refunds and corrections for inmates; communicating with vendors; participating in inventories; making inspections; hiring inmate workers; directing and training inmate workers in the daily operation of the institution canteen. This position maintains an inventory of supplies, materials and equipment for the recreation department stored in the Warehouse and is also responsible for the maintenance of a high-risk security environment of the Canteen/Warehouse and Gym/Recreation Fields/Hobby (to include assisting Recreation Leaders with monitoring or supervising areas) in accordance with institution security policies and procedures. This position performs very responsible work, which contributes directly to the safe, security and efficient operation of the institution.

Pay: $18.00 - $24.23 per hour
