Inventory Control Specialist

As an Inventory Control Specialist, you are responsible for overseeing and processing daily inventory transactions and providing accurate documentation to the accounting department. The inventory control specialist will also be responsible for daily cycle counts, ERP transactions and reconciliations. You will do this by:

• Receive and enter transactions in the computer system in a timely manner
• Ensuring materials are labeled and packaged properly
• Maintaining accurate inventory levels with physical and ERP transactions
• Maintaining daily cycle count program
• Performing all other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year experience working in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to use basic math to analyze information
• Knowledge with computer systems and experience with Microsoft Excel

Preferred Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 3 year or more experience working in a manufacturing environment
• Previous inventory experience
• Forklift certification
• Experience with EPICOR

Physical | Visual Demands:

• Regularly walk, stand and sit.
• Occasionally lift and or move up to 50 lbs.

Work Environment:

• Manufacturing environment, loud noises.
• Machine Shop
• Foundry

Shift: 1st – Monday through Friday 8am – 4pm (flexible 8 hr. shift)
