Inventory Specialist will manage inventory tracking, ordering, receiving, and organizing. Reconcile Inventory to sellable for Sales. Fulfill and process orders, accept incoming products, and assistance with the general organization and reconciliation of the inventory.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Reconcile Apex Trading inventory to METRC/Fishbowl
- Schedule Secure Shipping for Pickups
- Invoice customer based on sales order
- Create tags for production batches as well as flower for orders
- Tag the Kief jars and pre-rolls
- Assist shipping and order procurement as needed
- Verify orders to the manifest prior to pickup
- Places finished goods inventory in appropriate areas
- Maintains an accurate finished goods inventory
- Accepts, verifies, inspects, and records all outgoing orders according to policy
- Enters purchase order data in the inventory control system
- Records, reports, and returns defective items
- Maintains the organization and cleanliness of the inventory area
- Assist in month end inventory and cycle counts
- Performs other related duties as assigned
- Assist with MRA audits as needed
- Assist in product transfers in METRC
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Proficient in math.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Ability to work overtime, as needed
- Flexibility in schedule.
Preferred Skills/Abilities:
- Experience with inventory control systems.
- Thorough understanding of inventory policies and procedures.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent [required].
- Associates degree [preferred].
- 1 year of Warehouse experience [preferred].
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to complete various activities in the warehouse area that may require up to 8 hours of lifting, standing, and carrying.
- Must be able to move up to 50 pounds at a time.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
