District 2 Public Health serves 13 counties in northeast Georgia, including Banks, Dawson, Forsyth, Franklin, Habersham, Hall, Hart, Lumpkin, Rabun, Stephens, Towns, Union, and White counties. Job Responsibilities

IT Analyst 1 & IT Analyst 2:

  • Under (general-2) supervision, analyzes customer business needs and participates in the planning, design and implementation of new or enhanced systems.
  • Supports the user community in the use of functional business tools and support systems.

Minimum Qualifications

IT Analyst 1:

  • Associate's degree in a related field from an accredited college or university
OR
  • High school diploma or GED AND One year of experience providing information and referral services to the public.
IT Analyst 2:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited college or university
OR
  • Associate's degree in a related field from an accredited college or university AND Two years of related experience
OR
  • Two years of experience at the lower level IT Business Analyst 1 (ITP060) or position equivalent.

Preferred Qualification:
To know or be familiar with SQL programming
