IT Business Analyst

As an IT Business Analyst for Rolls-Royce North America (RRNA) End to End Solutions Team, you'll play a key supportive role in providing IT capabilities to the Defense Program and enterprise as a whole. In this role, you will be responsible for working closely with teams in all areas of IT and Defense to agree solution needs, gather business requirements, and shape business ideas through to implementation.

Key Accountabilities:

• Evaluate business processes, gather requirements, Evaluate data, and uncover areas for improvement
• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, technicians and guidance to develop and implement solutions that meet business needs and requirements
• Identify and explore opportunities for service and business improvement, and drive improvement opportunities to completion
• Support project managers through the entire project lifecycle (waterfall and/or agile methodologies), ensuring project outputs meet requirements
• Establish a high-level understanding of Business and IT strategies, plans, organization structure, accountabilities, processes, technologies, and systems
• Support effective collaboration and communication across the RRNA IT organization

Basic Requirements:

• Associate degree with 4+ years in Business Management, Project Management, IT, or data evaluation and interpretation, OR
• Bachelor's degree with 2+ years in Business Management, Project Management, IT or data evaluation and interpretation, OR
• Masters degree, OR
• JD/PhD, OR
• 6+ years in Business Management, Project Management, IT, or data evaluation and interpretation in lieu of a degree
